Nelarusky 2016 – Special Olympics Fundraiser

At Jerapis Designs, we specialize in crafting unique, high-quality designs that make an impact. Our portfolio showcases a variety of projects for clients in need of distinctive branding and promotional materials. One of our collaborations was with Nelarusky, a renowned fundraiser celebrating their 10th year supporting the Special Olympics.

We were tasked with creating four unique poster designs to help commemorate this milestone event and promote the fundraiser. Each poster captured the spirit and energy of Nelarusky while honoring its legacy of giving back. Here’s a look at our work for this incredible cause:

Nelarusky Fundraiser Posters

• Modern Flat Design – Celebrating 10 Years In honor of Nelarusky’s 10th anniversary, we crafted a sleek, minimalist design. The bold, modern flat style featured a prominent pink number “10” with a dramatic long shadow, emphasizing the significance of the milestone. The clean design and vibrant color scheme gave the poster a contemporary feel, making it both eye-catching and memorable.
• Galaxy-Inspired Headliner Poster For the concert headliner poster, we wanted to create a visual experience that was both cosmic and captivating. We designed the poster to resemble a galaxy, with swirling colors and starry elements, bringing the theme of reaching for the stars to life. This design set the tone for a night of stellar music and amazing energy, fitting for a concert raising funds for such a meaningful cause.

• Sticker Bomb Poster – A Nod to the Past To capture the spirit of the event’s rich history, we created a sticker bomb-style poster. This design incorporated past posters and promotional materials, giving it a fun and nostalgic look. The collage of various designs celebrated the different themes from previous years, serving as a tribute to Nelarusky’s incredible journey over the past decade.
• Art Deco Constructivist Poster – A Tribute to Nelarusky Our final poster was an homage to the name “Nelarusky” itself, created in an art deco constructive style. The geometric patterns and bold lines paid tribute to the essence of Nelarusky, while maintaining a modern, yet timeless aesthetic. This design was so well-loved that it was turned into a screen-printed T-shirt, which was given to fundraisers who helped raise over $100,000 for the Special Olympics.

Supporting a Great Cause

We are proud to have been a part of Nelarusky’s 10th-year celebration. These posters and T-shirts were not just pieces of design—they were symbols of the incredible work being done to support the Special Olympics. The fundraisers who helped reach the $100,000 milestone were gifted these designs as a token of appreciation for their outstanding contributions.
