Beach House – Wine Boxes

At Jerapis Designs, we take pride in our ability to transform brand identities into captivating, functional designs. Our collaboration with Beach House for their adult juice box packaging is a perfect example of how thoughtful design can bring a product to life while telling a unique brand story.

Project Overview

Beach House came to us with an exciting challenge: to design packaging for a portable, split-able 4-pack of red wine in an adult juice box format. The goal was to combine the convenience of easy transport with the refreshing, relaxed vibe of a beach house experience. The packaging had to reflect a sense of fun, ease, and elegance, perfect for a casual yet sophisticated wine-drinking experience

Logo Design

The Beach House Logo was created with a nostalgic, beachy feel. We wanted to evoke the essence of a hand-painted welcome sign you might find at a coastal getaway, giving the logo an inviting and relaxed atmosphere. Our design team worked meticulously to craft a logo type that would seamlessly tie in with the overall coastal theme, evoking the feeling of a serene beach retreat.

The typeface is custom-crafted, capturing that laid-back, welcoming beach house vibe. We paired this with a soft light blue color, chosen specifically to mimic the soothing hues of a beach house by the sea. The logo’s design aims to evoke feelings of tranquility, warmth, and the refreshing feeling of being near the water.

Packaging Design

The adult juice box packaging was designed to be as unique as the product it holds. The packaging features a sleek, modern look, with a touch of whimsy, making it easy to enjoy a glass of red wine anywhere. Our goal was to create something that feels both playful and refined, standing out on the shelf while maintaining a sense of sophistication.

To bring this design to life, we started by hand-painting watercolor art that reflects the vibrant, carefree nature of a beach house. These original watercolor elements were then digitized, with high-resolution photos taken to ensure the most accurate and vivid reproduction possible on the packaging. The soft brush strokes and gentle tones help reinforce the relaxed vibe that Beach House is all about

The Final Result

The final design combines the hand-painted watercolor elements with clean, modern typography, and a soft beachy color palette. The packaging, along with the logo, transports the consumer to a tranquil beach house, where the worries of the world fade away with every sip of wine.

From the design of the logo to the watercolor artwork on the packaging, every element was created with the intention of enhancing the Beach House experience. The end result is a design that is as refreshing and portable as the wine it contains.
